The duration of the application depends on the distance: Distance Up to 20 cm Up to 30 cm Up to 40 cm Duration ½ hour/day 1 hour/day 2 hours/day Basically, the closer you are to the source of light, the less time you should use it. 4 Enjoying light over longer periods Repeat your use of the lamp in the dark seasons for at least 7 successive days, or even longer, depending on your individual needs. Let the lamp cool off first long enough before you put it away and/or pack it up!Cleaning and care of the unit The unit should be cleaned occasionally. Important •  nsure that no water penetrates inside the unit!E Before you clean the unit, always switch it off, unplug it and let it cool off. D Clean using a damp cloth, to which you can apply a little detergent if necessary. €  o not touch the unit with wet hands while it is plugged in; do not allow any water to be sprayed onto the D unit.
