Make sure all plastic parts that slide along the metal tubes are clean and free from dust, dirt and sand; this will avoid friction that may prevent the stroller from working properly. To adjust the leg-rest/foot-rest, use the two buttons located on each side of the leg-rest, as indicated in diagram 19, until you find the right position.
