See or hear a Preview of the Titles, Chapters or Songs on a Disc using INTRO
Your DVD Player features a great way to introduce yourself to the various content of DVD, VCD and Audio CD discs. Using the INTRO button, you can see a preview of all the titles available on DVD discs, such as Special Features, Movie Formats and Coming Attractions. You can also listen to a short preview for each song on an Audio CD or see a short video preview for each track on VCDs.

If you have an Audio CD inserted, you will see the message SCAN on the screen. Shortly, a short preview of each song will be played in the normal track order. You can listen to as many intros as you wish, as the previews will repeat from the beginning of the disc. With DVDs and VCDs, you'll be given a choice of preview options on screen. These options will depend on the type of disc and whether or not playback mode is active. In DVD Play Mode, the additional options of Chapter Digest, Title Interval and Chapter Interval are available. VCD discs have similar options, with Track Digest and Disc Interval available in Stop Mode, and the additional option of Track Interval in Play Mode. If you wish to Exit the INTRO Menu, simply press INTRO again.
