Inserting a disc

Your unit has a built-in DVD player which uses a mechanical automatic SLOT-LOADING feature. All you need to do is simply insert your disc into the DVD unit's slot. The DVD unit will "grab" the disc when you have inserted it halfway. To eject, push the EJECT button next to the loading slot or on the remote control. While in front of the main unit, make sure the disc label is facing you. Hold the disc by the sides and with your fore finger through the hold in the middle and insert gently into the tray.

TROUBLESHOOTING
UNIT DOES NOT POWER ON
The AC power cord may be loose or not plugged in. Turn the power on with the remote control's POWER key, or turn the unit off, wait a few seconds, then turn the unit on with the front power switch. There must be a pause between powering the unit down and back on for a few seconds.
THE DISC DOES NOT PLAY
The disc may need cleaning. Ensure the disc is inserted with the label side facing the front of the unit. [. . . ]
