Selecting the proper temperature The quality of the pressing depends partly on the quantity of the steam you use and partly on using a suitable heat. Labels on articles to be pressed indicate the correct ironing temperature using the following International ironing Symbols : • Minimum heat •• Medium heat ••• Maximum heat These symbols are marked on the thermostat selector of the machine. - Turn the thermostat to the position corresponding to the fabric to be pressed and to the symbol indicated on the fabric label. GENERATION OF STEAM REPASSAGE After having depressed the main On/Off switch or after plugging in your steam press, the steam generator will be ready to steam after about 3 minutes. In the half closed steam position will automatically be generated for as long as required. Leave the press closed a few seconds in order to dry and press the linen.
