Gradually steam setting (X’prime 3 - X’prime 4) The volume of steam increases gradually as you turn the control knob towards the maximum. X’prime 4 : At maximum setting, there is an initial burst of steam lasting for several seconds. To repeat this process, wait for a few seconds to avoid any risk of spotting. Please note • Because of the high steam output rate, there is no need to continually press the steam button. Pressing the button briefly and frequently will enable you to control the quantity of steam, in order to obtain professional results. € If the iron is used intensively, steam may continue to be produced after the steam button has been released and water may appear on the iron holder. € Select maximum steam output when : the unit is used for the first time, the water tank has been refilled, the anti-scale cartridge has just been changed. NOISE To ensure regular steam output performance, your unit is equipped with a pump which is activated each time the steam trigger is pressed. : the appliance is used for the first time, the water tank is empty, the anti-scale cartridge has just been changed.
