[. . . ] Any necessary adjustment or maintenance must be performed after the cooker has been disconnected from the electricity supply. Room ventilation The appliance may only be installed in permanentlyventilated rooms, in accordance with current national legislation. The room in which the appliance is installed must be ventilated adequately so as to provide as much air as is needed by the normal gas combustion process (the flow of air must not be lower than 2 m3/h per kW of installed power). The air inlets, protected by grilles, should have a duct with an inner cross section of at least 100 cm2 and should be positioned so that they are not liable to even partial obstruction (see figure A). [. . . ] While the burner is alight, quickly change the position of the knob from minimum to maximum and vice versa several times, checking that the flame is not extinguished. After adjusting the appliance so it may be used with a different type of gas, replace the old rating label with a new one that corresponds to the new type of gas (these labels are available from Authorised Technical Assistance Centres). Should the gas pressure used be different (or vary slightly) from the recommended pressure, a suitable pressure regulator must be fitted to the inlet hose in accordance with current national regulations relating to “regulators for channelled gas”. 4 Table of burner and nozzle specifications Table 1 Burner Diameter (mm) Thermal Power kW (p. c. s. *) Nominal Fast (Large)(R) Semi Fast (Medium)(S) Auxiliary (Small)(A) Supply Pressures * ** *** Liquid Gas By-Pass 1/100 (mm) 41 30 30 Nozzle 1/100 (mm) 86 70 50 *** 218 138 73 28-30 20 35 Flow* g/h ** 214 136 71 37 25 45 Natural Gas Nozzle 1/100 (mm) 116 106 79 20 17 25 286 181 95 Flow* l/h GB Reduced 0, 7 0, 4 0, 4 100 75 55 3, 00 1, 90 1, 00 Nominal (mbar) Minimum (mbar) Maximum (mbar) At 15°C and 1013 mbar - dry gas Propane P. Turn the PROGRAMMER knob in an anticlockwise direction until the desired cooking time is displayed. Pull the PROGRAMMER knob and turn it in an anticlockwise direction until the marker corresponds with the desired cooking start time. The oven will switch on at the set cooking start time and will remain on for the entire duration of the set cooking time. To stop the cooking process, turn the PROGRAMMER knob in an anticlockwise direction until the symbol “'” is displayed. • For example: it is 9:00 a. m. , a time of 1 hour and 15 minutes is programmed and the start time is set to 11:00 a. m. The programme will start automatically at 11:00 and will end at 12:15. To cancel programming, turn the PROGRAMMER knob anticlockwise until the symbol “'” is displayed. Practical cooking advice Do not place racks in position 1 or 5 during fan-assisted cooking. MULTILEVEL • Use positions 2 and 4, placing the food that requires more heat on the rack in position 2.
