If you have a heart pacemaker, always consult your physician or the manufacturer of the pacemaker before using the chest belt transmitter. Safety Precautions, Batteries 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 Page 5 8 Never recharge batteries!Keep batteries away from children, do not throw into fire, short-circuit or break open. Failure to follow these precautions can cause the batteries to discharge beyond their maximum voltage and leak! [. . . ] Make sure to attach the transmitter on the same side as the computer holder. The back of the transmitter needs to point towards the spokes of the wheel. The maximum distance between the transmitter and the computer should be no more than 60 cm Note: Before fixing the cable straps firmly, make sure to adjust the position of the magnet and transmitter as described on page 20. Once the position is properly adjusted, pull firmly on the cable straps and cut off the loose ends with a pair of scissors or pliers. Important: To utilize this feature, it is necessary to wear the chest belt transmitter! 4 Y AVG 0 0. 0 F MPH Pressing the "F" button momentarily switches the display over to the training calorie target.
