[. . . ] In regular time display mode, press pusher and hold pusher C for 2 seconds to toggle between 12/24-hour format. [. . . ] Press pusher D while chronograph is running (will record up to 20 laps). D to enter regular Chronograph mode; press and hold pusher D for 2 seconds to reset to zero.
Timer Setting 1. Press pusher C to increase the digit; press pusher D to decrease the digit. Timer alarm will sound for 30 seconds when the timer count is down to zero. If no pushers are operated for 60 seconds, setting will be returned to Normal Time Display. Press pusher C to increase the digit; press pusher D to decrease the digit.
