Always pull rack out to the "stop" position before turning or removing food. Door Broil Position (side swing models) Grid Determine Broiling Times Broiling times vary, so watch the food closely. Broiler Clean-Up Tips (some models): To make cleaning easier, line the bottom of the broiler pan with aluminum foil. To prevent grease from baking on, remove the broiler pan from the oven as soon as cooking is completed. Heavy scouring may scratch the grid. 7 Oven Cleaning Cleaning the Self-Clean Oven (some models) Adhere to the Following Cleaning Precautions: · Allow the oven to cool before cleaning. · Wear rubber gloves when cleaning any exterior parts of the oven manually. During the self-cleaning cycle, the outside of the wall oven can become very hot to the touch. Before cleaning any part of the oven, be sure the electronic oven control is turned off or else push CANCEL pad. The health of some birds is extremely sensitive to the fumes given off during the self-clean cycle of any wall oven. DO NOT use commercial oven cleaners or oven protective coatings in or around any part of the self-cleaning oven. This may affect cooking or foil could melt and damage the oven surface.
