To get help from the Personal Peripherals Assist Line: If your dealer cannot answer all your questions and the information is not available to you through HP FIRST, you can call the Hewlett-Packard Personal Peripheral Assist Line, (208) 323-2551. A-6 One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty Hewlett-Packard warrants this peripheral/accessory against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from receipt by the customer unless an alternate warranty coverage is selected by the customer. If Hewlett-Packard receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, Hewlett-Packard will, at its option, either repair or replace products which prove to be defective. Should Hewlett-Packard be unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable amount of time, the customer's alternate remedy shall be a refund of the purchase price upon return of the product to Hewlett-Packard.
