When the computer is turned on and the drive is inserted correctly, the power LED on the front of the drive is lit. B A B Power/drive activity LED indicator USB 2. 0 connector Connecting the drive to a computer without a drive bay The HP Pocket Media Drive is designed to work with most computers as an external hard disk drive that you connect using a USB 2. 0 cable. You can rename the drive in the Computer window by right-clicking the drive, selecting Rename, and then typing in a new name. HP recommends renaming a drive if you have more than one HP Pocket Media Drive. To locate your HP Pocket Media Drive, click the , then click Windows Start Button® Computer for a list of all of the internal and external drives.
