To be certain of exploiting its potential in the best possible way and maintaining top performance of the RITUALE/MILLENNIUM unaltered we recommend that you follow the instructions in this simple booklet very carefully to install and use the machine and perform daily maintenance correctly. [. . . ] Never touch the hot parts of the machine (bottom of coffee distributor and water/steam nozzles) !Before performing any routine maintenance make sure the machine is unplugged, without pulling the power cable, or that the main circuit breaker is off !If the power cable should be damaged and have to be replaced, order a new cable from the manufacturer and/or its service center !Do not leave the machine within reach of children or people who are not capable of using it !Keep the coffee maker away from any heat sources To start the RITUALE/MILLENNIUM espresso coffee maker, follow the instructions below: · 1) position the machine on a flat surface remove the cover and take out the water tank (located inside the machine) and rinse it fill the container with clean water, return it to its housing and insert the silicon tubes. Close the cover on the machine plug in the machine press the main circuit breaker (1). The main power ON light (2) and the heating element light (12) will go on Perform the following operations every time you switch the machine on and every time you draw steam: · Push the coffee lever (6) up so water comes out of the bottom of the coffee distribution unit (3) pull down the coffee lever (6). The boiler will automatically fill with water wait about 3-4 minutes for the machine to be pressurized. The heating element light (12) goes off and the coffee light (11) goes on At this point the RITUALE/MILLENNIUM coffee machine is ready for use. If the water in the tank is used up, a micro switch located under the tank plate will switch the machine off automatically. Switch off the machine with the main circuit breaker (1) unplug it fill the tank with water plug in the power cable switch on the machine with the main circuit breaker (1). The power ON light (2) goes on push the coffee lever (6) up so water comes out of the bottom of the coffee distribution unit (3) pull down the coffee lever (6). The heating element light (12) goes off and the coffee light (11) goes on Make sure the tank is always full of water 1) fill a one cup filter holder (4) if you want one cup of coffee or a two cup filter holder if you want two cups at the same time, and press the coffee slightly with the presser to block it fit the filter holder (4) in the coffee distribution unit (3) and twist from left to right in place place one or two cups under the filter holder (4) push the coffee lever (6) up. Coffee will come out the bottom of the filter holder (4) lower the lever (6) when you have enough coffee if you want to make more coffee remove the filter holder (4) by turning it from right to left and empty out the used grounds. Repeat the above operations Never place your hands or other parts of the body in the path of the water/steam nozzle. hot Water and steam can cause serious burns · Hot water at about 95°C will come out of the bottom part of the steam nozzle (7) · Close the hot water tap (7) when you have enough hot water by turning the knob clockwise At this point the boiler will recharge itself automatically. [. . . ] Use of the machine in any other way than as contemplated in the instructions will relieve ISOMAC and all sales outlets of any liability for damage to persons or property. 1) Placera maskinen på en vågrät slät yta Ta bort maskinens överdel och ta ut vattentanken (placerad innuti maskinen) Fyll tanken med färskt vatten Sätt tillbaka tanken i maskinen och placera båda siliconslangarna tillbaka i vattnet Sätt tillbaka maskinens överdel Kontrollera att kaffespaken (12) står i lodrät läge (neråt) Anslut maskinen till ett el uttag Sätt på huvudströmbrytaren (två lampor tänds) huvudströmlampan (2) och röd lampa (12) För kaffespaken (6) till vågrät läge Vänta tills det kommer ut vatten ur brygghuset ( 3) (E61 gruppen ) För kaffespaken (6) till lodrät läge Maskinen fyller automatiskt kokaren med vatten Vänta till maskinen kommit upp i tryck och röd lampa (12) slår om till grönlampa (11) Maskinen är nu klar att användas Stäng av huvudströmbrytaren Fyll vattentanken med vatten Sätt pa huvudströmbrytaren igen För kaffespaken (6) till vågrät läge Vänta tills det kommer ut vatten ur brygghuset ( 3) (E61 gruppen ) För kaffespaken (6) till lodrät läge Maskinen fyller automatiskt kokaren med vatten Vänta till maskinen kommit upp i tryck och röd lampa (12) slår om till grönlampa (11) Maskinen skall fungera som vanligt 1) - Förbered filterhållaren för en eller två koppar med nymalet kaffe och pressa kaffet hårt med tampern - Fäst filterhållaren (4) i brygghuset (3) - Placera en eller två koppar under filterhållarens utlopp - För kaffespaken till vågrätt läge (6) - När du uppnått önskad mängd espresso i koppen, för tillbaka kaffespaken (6) till lodrät läge Stäng av huvudströmbrytaren Vänta någon minut och sätt på huvudströmbrytaren igen För kaffespaken (6) till vågrät läge Vänta tills det kommer ut vatten ur brygghuset ( 3) (E61 gruppen ) För tillbaka kaffespaken (6) till lodrät läge Maskinen fyller automatiskt kokaren med vatten Vänta till maskinen kommit upp i tryck och röd lampa (12) slår om till grönlampa (11) Maskinen skall fungera som vanligt Se till att alltid ha färskt nymalet kaffe ­ var noga med att använda bra kvalite på kaffet Var noga med, om du köper färdig malet kaffe, att det är malt för att användas till espressobryggning ( det är alltså inte samma grovlek som för vanligt bryggkaffe ) Försök att finna ut vilken blandning du tycker bäst om. Steg 1 - (Detta görs för att rensa kokaren på eventuella kalk partiklar) 3 dl vinäger + 1 dl färskvatten = vinäger blandning Häll blandningen i vattentanken och när du märker att vinägerblandningen kommer ut genom brygghuset, stäng av maskinen ( tänk på att det första vattnet som kommer ur brygghuset, är det som var i kokaren och är inte vinägerblandningen ) Stäng av maskinen Låt maskinen stå över natten ( gärna 12 timmar) Byt ut vinäger blandningen mot färskt vatten Kör igenom maskinen med det färska vattnet Steg 2 - (För att rensa silen och brygghuset E61 gruppen ) Placera ett blindfilter i filterhållaren med ren vinäger i ett blindfilter, sätt in filterhållaren i brygghuset och för kaffespaken till horisentallt läge i några sekunder, för ner kaffespaken till lodrätt läge och vinäger kommer ut i backventilen under brygghuset, gör detta moment 3-4 gånger vid varje avkalkningstillfälle.
