Make sure all switches for the outlet/power strip are on and that all switches for the speaker system are on. Make sure the iPod is properly docked or that the auxilary cable is properly connected to an external audio device. Make sure the iPod or Auxiliary Port cable is seated all the way into the JBL On Stage 400ID unit. Move JBL On Stage 400ID unit’s cables farther away from monitor. Make sure that the JBL On Stage 400ID unit is connected to an appropriate source device. Some devices will distort the output signal if the volume is set to Maximum. If not, power is not getting to your JBL On Stage 400ID system; try the solutions shown.
