If the temperature of the battery pack falls approximately below -10°C (14°F), charging will automatically stop to prevent degradation of the battery. Do not charge the battery pack whose temperature is below 0°C (3°F). When you charge the battery pack for the first time, or after prolonged storage, charge it for about 4 hours to bring the battery up to full capacity.
