EN - 8 - Screensaver Mode When would it be used?If you do not want the illumination of control panel to operate and consume energy in vain though you do not change any setting, you can activate this mode. • When you press the screen saver (S. SAVER) button, this mode will be activated and S. SAVER text will be illuminated. • If no button is pressed in 5 seconds when the mode is active, lights of the control panel will go off except for the S. SAVER text. • If you press any button when lights of the control panel are off, the current settings will appear on the screen, and then you can make the adjustment as you want. If you neither cancel screen saver mode nor press on any button in 5 seconds, the control panel will go off again. • You can quit this mode by pressing the Screen saver (S. SAVER) button after illuminating the screen using any button. • When screen saver mode is active, you can also activate child lock. • If you do not press any button for 5 seconds after activating child lock, the lights of the control panel will go off. Then, you can view the previous settings and that child lock symbol is active when you press any button, and you can cancel child lock as is described in the instruction of that mode. Light Cancelling Mode When would it be used?• If you want to cancel lights of freezer and cooler, you can select this mode. • Press on Freezer (F) and Cooler (R) buttons simultaneously, and open and close the cooler door 3 times. From now on, the lights will not come on when freezer and cooler doors are opened. The operation of door opening &closing for 3 times should be done less than 5 seconds. • If you want to cancel this mode, repeat the same process or the mode will automatically cancel itself after 24 hours. • To prevent children from playing with the buttons and changing the settings you have made, child lock is available in the appliance. Activating Child Lock • Press on Freezer (F) and Cooler (R) buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Deactivating Child Lock • Press on Freezer (F) and Cooler (R) buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Note: Child lock will also be deactivated if electricity is interrupted or the fridge is unplugged. EN - 9 - Cooler Temperature Settings • Initial temperature value for the Cooler Indicator is +5°C.
