[. . . ] € Convector + roaster Temperature selection Select the desired temperature depending on the food to be cooked. To do this, turn the temperature selector control (1) until the mark on the control is in line with the desired temperature (Fig. Cooking time 1 To start up the oven, you should adjust the cooking time with the timer (4). 2 Turn the timer control until the control mark is in line with the desired cooking time. If you want to operate the oven for less than 25 minutes, turn the control to 60 minutes and then turn it anticlockwise until it is set at the required time. 3 If you want to preheat the oven, simply add the necessary preheating time to the proposed cooking time. 5 The time control moves anticlockwise until it reaches the position 0. The timer continues working for a few moments after the oven switches off and this is why you may hear a ticking sound. 6 If you want to turn off the oven before the selected time is up, turn the timer control (4) to position 0. Tray position The oven has various different height levels that create optimum conditions depending on the food to be cooked. ρ Always make sure that the food does not come into contact with the heating elements. Attachments The oven has a full and practical set of accessories: Metal tray (10): The metal tray is coated with a non-stick material (enamel), so it is very easy to clean. Use the metal tray to make cakes, pasta, bread, soufflés and for browning. As its supporting surface is small, food can be cooked evenly on both sides. 1 Place the metal tray (10) under the grill and pour a little hot water onto it. Handle for removing the trays (12): Use the handle (12) to remove the metal tray and grill.
