If you select an option to suit a specific light source, the color tones are adjusted for the light source (preset white balance). Shooting technique · When you select (Custom), you can register your setting (below). Registering the color tones (Custom white balance) In a scene where the ambient light consists of multiple types of light source, use of custom white balance is recommended in order to accurately reproduce the whiteness. 1 Fn button t [White balance] t 2 Select [ SET] with b/B on the control button, then press the center of the control button. 3 Hold the camera so that the white area fully covers the focus area located in the center, and then press the shutter button down.
