You will need 1. 2 litres of pasteurized milkÂ andÂ aÂ 200 ml cup of natural yogurt to fill all seven jars. Instead of natural yoghurt you can also use ready Lactobacillus yoghurt bacteria (yoghurt starter) whose exact dosing guide should be printed on the package. Before use, make sure all the ingredients areÂ fresh and their best before date has not expired. Ââ Add yoghurt to the milk and stir thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
