The dotted box indicates the title block location selection made using the Finisher menu. The title block location can be changed on this screen using the Next and Previous keys. Refer to the Finisher user documentation for additional information on these options. Fold Programs The FOLD PROGRAM feature enables you to select one of up to 20 user-defined programs. The program names are programmed into the finisher and passed to the Controller when the finisher goes through its power-up sequence. PROGRAM: FOLD PROGRAM USER PROGRAM Fold Program Screen Overlength Options The OVERLENGTH OPTIONS feature enables you to specify how long documents (documents over 80 inches long) are handled by the folder. If Z-FOLD is selected, the long document will be Z-FOLDED, but not cross-folded. This is not available for all finishers. USE PROGRAM SETTING is the factory default setting. TAB: TAB OPTIONS USE PROGRAM Tab Options Screen Punch Options The PUNCH OPTIONS feature enables you to override the pre-programmed hole punch settings for the selected finishing program. USE PROGRAM SETTING is the factory default setting. PUNCH: PUNCH OPTIONS USE PROGRAM Punch Options Screen Margin Options The MARGIN OPTIONS feature enables you to override the pre-programmed margin settings for the selected finishing program. USE PROGRAM SETTING is the factory default setting. MARGIN: MARGIN OPTIONS USE PROGRAM Margin Options Screen NOTE: When using the Scan System's width detection sensors, if the document is a little bit offcenter, this could cause problems for folding, especially for A, B, and C size documents. When using the sensors to detect the width of your document, you must center the document as you feed it into the Scan System. 78 Wide Format Copy System User Guide 8 Special Feature Keys Crossfold Options The CROSSFOLD OPTIONS feature enables you to override the pre-programmed crossfold settings for the selected finishing program. USE PROGRAM SETTING is the factory default setting. CROSSFOLD OPTIONS CROSSFOLD: USE PROGRAM Crossfold Options Screen Title Block Location The TITLE BLOCK LOCATION feature enables you to specify the location of the title block for the copy jobs that are about to be run. On the Scan System, select the Finisher Key > Intelligent Title Block to get to the following screen. The title block location choices are BOTTOM RIGHT, BOTTOM LEFT, TOP RIGHT, and TOP LEFT. BOTTOM RIGHT is the factory default setting. INTELLIGENT TITLE BLOCK OPTION INTELLIGENT TITLE BLOCK Intelligent Title Block Screen INTELLIGENT TITLE BLOCK should be used if the title block is not located in the desired location on the folded copy. This selection will use information, document size, selected fold program, and title block position input to place the title block in a position based on the information.
