Use the left or right arrow to adjust, either: add the currently tuned channel or delete it. With the Off Time option highlighted, press and hold down the Left or Right arrow until the time you want the TV to turn off appears. With the On/Off Timer option highlighted, use the Left or Right arrow to set: "On" - the TV will turn On and Off. "Off" - the TV will not turn On and Off.
